Minnesota Data Center SLA for Network, Power and HVAC

VISI contracts have service level agreement (SLA) terms that meet or exceed industry standards:

• Network Availability SLA of 99.99% per month
• Power Availability SLA of 99.99% per month
• HVAC (Cooling Temperature and Humidity) SLA of 99.99% per month
• Service credit provisions if we do not meet the availability SLA
• These SLA terms allow VISI to guarantee colocation uptime
